Hall Availability & Event Timings

Wedding Village offers two convenient event slots, allowing you to select a time that best suits your celebration, guest arrangements, and event schedule.

Lunch Slot

8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

The lunch slot is ideal for morning weddings, traditional ceremonies, wedding receptions, engagement functions, and other daytime celebrations.

This time slot provides ample opportunity to conduct your event, welcome guests, and coordinate the necessary arrangements within the allotted duration.

Dinner Slot

3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The dinner slot is suitable for evening weddings, receptions, engagement celebrations, family functions, and other evening events.

The extended evening setting allows you to host your celebration with convenient access to the venue's essential facilities and amenities.

Its spacious layout provides flexibility for event arrangements, guest seating, stage presentations, and other celebration requirements.

  • Rental Tariff: ₹1,50,000

  • GST: 18% additional

Royal Opera Hall

Hall Rental: ₹50,000 + 18% GST

A spacious stage is provided for wedding ceremonies, receptions, presentations, and other important event activities.

Stage Dimensions:

  • Length: 36 feet

  • Width: 20 feet

  • Height: 3 feet

The stage provides a dedicated area for the main event activities, including wedding ceremonies, performances, and formal presentations.

Clients may coordinate their additional stage decoration and event styling requirements separately.

2. Seating Arrangements

The venue provides a total of 750 chairs for guest seating.

The available seating includes:

  • 300 cushion chairs

  • 450 red fibre plastic chairs

These seating arrangements offer flexibility for different event layouts and guest requirements.

The chairs can be arranged according to the event's seating plan and available space.

Please note that the total number of chairs provided is 750.

3. Long Tables

A total of 20 long tables are provided as part of the Essential Package.

These tables can be utilized for suitable event arrangements, guest services, or other functional requirements.

Important: Round tables are not available at the venue.

Clients requiring additional table arrangements may coordinate separately with their event planners or service providers.

4. Air Conditioning Facility

Air conditioning is included for the first 4 hours of the event.

This facility is intended to provide a comfortable environment for guests during the event.

Additional Air Conditioning Charges

If air conditioning is required beyond the included 4-hour duration, additional charges will apply.

  • Grand Opera: ₹8,000 per additional hour

  • Royal Opera: ₹4,000 per additional hour

Clients are requested to plan their event schedule accordingly to avoid additional air conditioning charges.

Please coordinate with the venue team in advance if extended air conditioning is required.

5. Basic Lighting

Basic lighting facilities, including chandeliers, are provided as part of the venue amenities.

Clients wishing to enhance the venue with additional decorative lighting, special effects, or customized lighting arrangements may coordinate separately with their event planners.

6. Parking Facility

7. Wash Area & Washrooms

8. Welcome Drinks & Juice Counter Space
